Discovery & Health Check

Before committing to a project, you need to understand what's actually broken and what's just annoying. This free call gives you that clarity—and a realistic sense of what it would take to fix things.

What we cover

  • Walk through your current Salesforce setup and pain points
  • Identify automation conflicts (flows fighting each other, triggers double-writing fields)
  • Surface data quality issues affecting daily work
  • Review reporting inconsistencies and trust gaps
  • Map process bottlenecks where work leaks to spreadsheets

What you get

A prioritized list of issues ranked by impact and effort, plus a realistic scope for what a stabilization project would look like. You'll know what to fix first, what can wait, and what you can do yourself.

Format

30-minute video call. No prep required on your end—just be ready to share your screen and walk us through what's not working.

Project

Project Work

Scoped engagements to fix what's broken or build what's missing. This could be a stabilization sprint to untangle automation chaos, or focused delivery of specific features your org needs.

Common projects

  • Untangle conflicting flows and consolidate automation logic
  • Clean up duplicate records and standardize data formats
  • Rebuild reports and dashboards with trustworthy definitions
  • Add validation rules and guardrails to prevent future data issues
  • Build new workflows, integrations, or process automations
  • Configure role assignments and team visibility

Clouds we work in

Most of our work lives in these three clouds—where the day-to-day operations happen:

Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud

How it works

Projects are scoped based on discovery findings. Whether it's a 2-week stabilization sprint or a 4-week feature build, you get clear deliverables upfront. We work in your sandbox first, test thoroughly, then deploy to production with documentation.

Pricing

Project work is typically billed at $100–150/hour depending on complexity. Most projects land in the $2,000–6,000 range. You’ll get a fixed quote before we start.

03
Retainer

Managed Services

Ongoing support to keep Salesforce reliable: small improvements, automation tuning, reporting fixes, and admin help—so your team can stay focused on their actual jobs.

What's included

  • Bug fixes and troubleshooting
  • Small feature requests and enhancements
  • Automation maintenance and updates
  • User support and training
  • Report and dashboard adjustments
  • New user setup and permission management
  • Proactive monitoring for issues before they escalate

How it works

Monthly retainer with a set number of hours. You submit requests via email or a shared tracker, and we prioritize and execute. Unused hours don't roll over, but the retainer keeps us available and familiar with your org.

Retainer options

10 hours/month: $1,250 — Good for light maintenance and occasional requests.
15 hours/month: $1,800 — Covers most SMB needs with room for small projects.

Why work with us

How we’re different

Most Salesforce consultants are either expensive agencies or cheap contractors who disappear. We’re neither.

Senior-led delivery

You work directly with a senior consultant—not a rotating cast of juniors. We handle discovery and delivery, and we’re accountable for outcomes and communication.

Small business focused

Our work is built around companies your size—5–200 employees who need expertise without enterprise overhead.

Documentation-first

Every project includes clear documentation. You can maintain what we build after we leave—or hand it to the next person without a 40-hour knowledge transfer.

Fit

Who this is for

Clear expectations up front makes projects faster, cheaper, and less stressful.

Great fit if you…

  • Want Salesforce to match how your business operates today
  • Prefer practical fixes over long “transformation” programs
  • Care about maintainability, documentation, and clean handoffs
  • Want clear priorities instead of a giant backlog of “nice-to-haves”
  • Need a reliable owner without hiring full-time

Not a fit if you…

  • Want “just build it fast” with no testing or documentation
  • Need 24/7 coverage, on-site support, or a large team immediately
  • Primarily want a new CRM selection/implementation from scratch
  • Prefer complex custom code when simpler configuration works
  • Want to skip prioritization and tackle everything at once
